    Possible? Yes. Guaranteed? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Don’t risk it. If it’s urgent to get the stuff off the drive, connect it to another computer. Fix your computer before risking any more data.

    use a virus scanner to make sure. AVG free edition works great.

    dont risk it unless you are certain the virus is gone/not even there
