Simply change your password.
change your password to something impossible to guess or just make a new MSN
If you have changed the password then that should solve the problem.
Unless the guy has access to your friend’s computer, your friend is giving out her password, or the guy has placed a piece of malware such as a keylogger on your friend’s computer, then the problem is solved.
change password with some thing of the wall .

use activescan for online scanning ..
if it finds some files and won`t delete them (due to commercial reasons that might happen) copy&paste the report on the notepad, search the files and delete them. don’t forget to unable your antivirus temporally before online scanning
in case activescan won’t work, use this one its really good too
