How do I uninstall windows vista on my laptop?

Yes I am using legal software, but it is only activated on C: drive. The vista on my D: drive is not activated and expired.

use the vista installation disc on boot up. when it asked where to install vista on which partition, (C or D) reformat partition D: or u can Delete it if u want.
just format that D: Partition using the Disk Management on the ‘good’, C:/ Windows.
Dont listen to the guy below telling you to call Micro$oft, they just want your $30 for their sub-par tech support.
