How do I put songs from my ipod onto the computer without erasing them?

Here is how to use iDump. When you are wanting to transfer music from your iPod onto a computer you will go to my computer and open the iPod’s hard drive storage which will be listed under “Devices With Removable Storage” and double click on the iDump program. When it opens up you will see a list with all the files on your iPod and it will allow you to select all or just certain files to transfer (make sure to specify where you want it to store to). You also want to make sure that you have selected “Manually manage music and videos” on iTunes so that it doesn’t sync and loose everything on your iPod.

well you have to copy the songs from your ipod back to your computer so the next time you plug in your ipod to itunes it will not erase the songs on your ipod..
