well if you type in “myspace layouts” into google it willl come up with a lot of sites that have a range of themes.
also, if you just want the grey bits on each side of your profile to be a certain colour or picture, you can to this site and create a personalised background.

I think you are thinking about layouts not themes.
What you do is you go onto a search engine and type in ‘myspace layouts’ or here are some sites:
