Amazon.com is listed in America, and since they are in the middle of a recession, or about to plunge into one (Depending on who you listen to!) it might not be best to invest yet. If you still want to invest, try a UK listed company however again, it is still very uncertain as to when we ill get a bear market here too. (Downward trend)
It’s not that simple. Amazon.com is a retailer, and retailers are not good during this part of the business cycle. The market is bad right now. After research, however, I like the prospects of uranium stocks like Uranium Resources (URRE)
I think Amazon is a great company, but the stock is relatively high right now and many fundamental indicators suggest we are entering or already in a recession. Personally I would hold off and snap some up at a better price given the chance : )
