How can I get facebook chat back? HELP?

When facebook chat first came out I declined it and now I want it back. Everywhere else I read says that you click on a button on the bottom right corner but I don’t see that anywhere. please help! i want facebook chat again.

Either you are using a browser that is not supporting the features needed by chat, or you will need to contact technical support to re-enable the chat feature.
