How do you delete a group you created on Facebook?

I also lost my group and cant find it. I took myself out from being a member and now cant find it because I have the same name as a famous actor. How do I find it? And also how do I delete it?

    Removing a Facebook group is pretty simple. As a matter of fact, Facebook runs periodic jobs aimed to remove empty groups, and thus all you need to do is to remove all members from the groups and lastly remove yourself and other group administrators. Facebook will take care of the deletion of the group within a short period of time.

    I don’t think you can delete a group even if you are the admin, because if you leave the app just asks people if they want to be a new admin. as long as there are people in it you can’t delete it because it’s their choice to leave it.

    Oh, and to find it, just start typing the name of it into the search bar in the upper left corner. it’s a good search program.
