you click on the video title in your lists of videos .. pull up the video.. under the video is a box with the tabs share, favorites, etc… click the share tab… should be myspace, facebook,etc. options under that tab… click facebook
there will be a pop up window that has a browse bar.. you need to put the video in a folder on your control panel and browse to it in the pop up window and upload that way.
Check out the sites I provided below and they should help you with one if not two ways to do that.
